Some guest favorites include: biscuits and gravy, our selection of southern inspired prepared salads, pot roast and potatoes, meat loaf, fried catfish, turkey and dressing, seasonal roasted vegetables, corn casserole, and our traditional skillet corn bread to name a few!

Over the past 50 years we’ve perfected our recipes to serve you the best barbeque you’ve ever tasted. Each cut of meat is slow-smoked on site for 16 hours with our homemade rubs and sauces and each dish is handcrafted through a detailed process that ensures every bite is as tender and flavorful as it could be.
